Last week, I featured a few of my favourite stretches for the glutes (or the muscles in your bum and around your hip). I often recommend tipping your tailbone (or pelvis) in one direction or another to find a better stretch (I explained how this affects stretches in your quads, but obviously it can affect your other leg/hip muscles). But sometimes it’s hard to understand what that feels like.
Here’s a great short video from Baxter Bell of Yoga for Healthy Aging demonstrating a simple pelvic tip. Guys you no longer have an excuse that it’s too hard because you aren’t flexible!
After you try the video, try the same action in the stretches from last week for the glutes.
