Have you ever noticed how there are always several different ways to do the same thing in Microsoft Word. For example if you want to copy some text, you could select it with the mouse, 1) then hit the keys ctrl and c OR 2) right click with your mouse on the text and select copy, OR 3) click on the menu item to copy the text. Each option gets you the same result. It doesn’t matter which one you choose, so you just need to remember the one that works for you.

Well yoga has options just like Microsoft Word. Many poses can achieve the same outcome. You don’t need every option. In fact not every option will work for every body. You just need the option that works for you.
