We all see those flashy photos of people doing amazing one-leg balance yoga positions. Many of those positions require extreme flexibility, in addition to good balance. Those body positions aren’t appropriate for many people.

If you still want a challenge to work on for your one leg balance, try these variations. Not only will you work on your balance, they are fun, can give you an extra stretch and give you a more difficult goal to work towards.
