With the stay-at-home orders and restrictions to activity, I have found that I’m looking for different benefits from yoga. I still value the opportunity to relax and move in creative ways, but I’m also enjoying the opportunity to play and be physically challenged.

The latest addition to my free online video classes on YouTube features a complex challenge to balancing on one leg. At the beginning of the video I demonstrate the balance sequence first so you’ll be prepared when it arrives in the class. Of course the added benefit of the video, is you can pause and replay the sequence to practice as much as you like!

And for those of you waiting for my in-person classes to start up, unfortunately these will still be delayed even under Alert Level 2. There are restrictions still affecting the venues that I use to run my classes.

In the meantime, I am revisiting the idea of live online classes. I would love to hear from you (info@megansetyyoga.co.nz) if you think you would join live classes online, either on a weekday evening or early morning.
