I’m on a sun salutation (or surya namaskar) theme lately. I came across these videos from Amber Karnes of Body Positive Yoga. I’ve previously highlighted alternatives and adaptations to sun salutations to avoid putting weight on your hands and arms. Amber offers three more variations each incorporating different tools to make it that little bit easier:

These aren’t seated but use the chair for the hands as alternative to bringing your hands all the way to the floor.
This variation uses two blocks for your hands.
